Two experiences. One connected system.

Origin story

At Rice University, what began as a classroom collaboration quickly evolved into a shared mission. One founder brought firsthand insight from the wedding and event planning world, balancing the demands of the craft while pursuing an MBA. The other brought a military Special Operations background, where high-stakes environments and disciplined problem-solving shaped a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. Both were immersed in graduate study but equally driven to build something meaningful beyond the classroom.

Through team discussions and project work, a clear gap emerged. Whether planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, both professionals and non-professionals faced the same fragmented process — multiple tools, scattered resources, and unnecessary stress. One founder knew that challenge from the event industry; the other recognized it as an operational problem waiting to be solved. Together, they saw an opportunity to simplify the experience.

What followed was the creation of The Union Collective, a centralized platform designed to bring clarity, organization, and confidence to event planning. The vision was simple but powerful: a one-stop solution where users could manage every aspect of an event in one place, reducing anxiety while improving outcomes. By combining industry insight with leadership and systems thinking, the foundation was built around efficiency, accessibility, and user empowerment.

Today, that vision continues to guide the work — helping planners at every level turn complex events into seamless experiences.

Our position

Modern celebrations are coordinated across a dozen tools that were never meant to speak to each other. We built a platform that does.

Vow & Union serves the ceremony — couples and wedding planners managing vendors, timelines, seating, contracts, and approvals with the warmth a wedding deserves.

The Bash Lab serves the production — parties, corporate events, brand activations, and sponsored gatherings that need energy, polish, and a deliverable list that never slips.

Both run on the same connected core: vendor memory, document storage, deliverable tracking, payment checkpoints, planning summaries, and a marketplace where the right partners are one search away.

I.
Calm by design

An interface that lowers the noise floor of planning. Quiet beats clever.

II.
Receipts, always

Decisions live on the record. Confirmations are timestamped and citable.

III.
Two tones, one core

Weddings deserve warmth. Productions deserve speed. The system delivers both.
